2.1. Orders can be placed online, via phone, or in person.
2.2. Payment Requirements:

• All orders must be paid for online before delivery.
• Transactions are processed in Pound Sterling (GBP).
• We accept various payment methods, including credit/debit cards.

• We reserve the right to blacklist addresses, phone numbers, email addresses, and credit cards associated with fraudulent activity.
• Suspected fraudulent transactions will be reported to the police.
  2.4. Full payment is required at the time of order unless otherwise agreed for bulk or catering services.

3. Delivery and Pick-Up

3.1. Delivery services are available in selected locations, and fees may apply based on your area.
3.2. Estimated delivery times are provided as guidelines and may vary due to traffic, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.
3.3. Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information. Kibis Good Food is not liable for failed deliveries due to incorrect details.

4. Refunds and Cancellations

4.1. Refunds are assessed on a case-by-case basis.
4.2. Orders can be cancelled within a specific time frame:

• For small orders: within 30 minutes of placing the order.
• For catering or bulk orders: at least 48 hours in advance.
  4.3. Refunds will not be issued for late cancellations or dissatisfaction arising from personal preferences unless the fault lies with us.

5. Allergies and Dietary Requirements

5.1. Customers must inform us of any allergies or dietary restrictions at the time of order.
5.2. While we strive to accommodate special requests, our kitchen handles common allergens, and cross-contamination may occur.

6. Food Quality and Storage

6.1. All meals are freshly prepared and intended for consumption within 24 hours.
6.2. Customers are advised to refrigerate or store meals properly to maintain freshness and safety.

7. Business Hours

7.1. Our business hours are as follows:

• Monday to Friday: 6pm – 10pm
• Saturday: 12 noon – 11:30 pm
• Sunday: 12 noon – 8pm

7.2. Orders placed outside business hours will be processed the next business day.

8.1. We value your feedback and take complaints seriously.
